Signing of an agreement on construction of a building of the Military Clinical Hospital in Kraków

On 8 November, Budimex entered into agreement with the Contracting Authority – 5 Wojskowy Szpital Kliniczny z Podkliniką SP ZOZ (5th Military Clinical Hospital with a Subdepartment, Individual Public Healthcare Unit) in Kraków – on construction of a hospital building for an operating theatre, hospital wards, diagnostic and laboratory facilities, as well as rehabilitation department, including delivery of equipment.

The subject of the order is: “Construction of the building of the Hospital for an operating theatre, hospital wards, diagnostic and laboratory facilities, as well as rehabilitation department within the premises of the 5th Military Clinical Hospital with a Subdepartment in Kraków, Individual Public Healthcare Unit, at Wrocławska 1-3 street,” including obtaining of required permits, consents, arrangements and any other documents necessary to obtain a use permit.

The investment consists of construction of a new building of an integrated operating theatre (ZBO), connected with the existing building no. 4 and a new connector building (P), which indirectly connects the ZBO building with the existing buildings no. 7 and 8.

Useful area: 27,111.01 m2,

Cubic capacity: 137,789.77 m3,

The planned deadline for the works is the end of November 2026.

The value of the offer is net PLN 367.51 million.

In the recent months, it has successfully completed the construction of Planetarium Śląskie (Silesian Planetary) in Chorzów, as well as the first stage of the construction of Fabryka Leków Onkologicznych “Polfa” (“Polfa” Oncology Drugs Factory) in Warsaw, Tarchomin district.
